We recently had a visit from the Würzburg-Schweinfurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Mathias Plath presented us with a certificate of honour on the occasion of our anniversary this year. There was also an interesting discussion about the current framework conditions in the regional economic area. We would like to thank the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for this honour and the excellent cooperation!

Early May we had a fantastic Girls Day at our place. During the Girls’ Day, girls have the opportunity to get a glimpse into technical professions.

The young participants got an exclusive insight into the manufacturing of air rifles and also learned about our training opportunities. It was great to see the enthusiasm and interest – heartfelt thanks for the visit!

We are delighted that three of our trainees have recently successfully completed their 3.5-year training and have thus taken an important step in their careers. In addition, one of these three trainees came top of his class in his school education. This was honored in a separate ceremony at the Jakob Preh School.

Our training instructor Jürgen Eyring presented the graduates with their certificates. The management with Thilo Schallenkammer as well as Hans-Hermann and Felix Weihrauch congratulated the three trainees.

We wish them continued success and satisfaction in their respective departments.

We are proud to have supported the BRK Rhön-Grabfeld in the purchase of their new vehicle for child and youth welfare. With this vehicle, they can reach even more young people and offer them the help and support they need. A big thank you to the whole team at BRK Rhön-Grabfeld for their valuable work and the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the community.

As part of the IWA Outdoor Classics in Nuremberg, the company Weihrauch & Weihrauch Sport celebrated its 125th anniversary with an exclusive reception. More than 100 invited guests from over 15 nations came together to celebrate this historic milestone in the company’s history. Among the distinguished guests were Bavarian Deputy Minister President and State Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger, Bavarian Interior State Minister Joachim Herrmann, and Peter Ottmann, CEO of NürnbergMesse. Their participation emphasized the importance and appreciation of Weihrauch & Weihrauch Sport in the industry and beyond.

In a moving speech, the two managing directors, Felix and Hans-Hermann Weihrauch, recalled the company’s beginnings in 1899, as well as the challenges and achievements over the years. “125 years are not only a sign of our resilience but also of our ability to continuously evolve and meet the needs of our customers,” emphasized Hans-Hermann Weihrauch.
