Declaration of consent for the use of photo and film recordings
The Weihrauch & Weihrauch Sport GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter “Weihrauch”) intends to make photo or video recordings of the person(s) photographed for the purpose of public relations, in particular for publication on the Weihrauch website, flyers/brochures, at presentations, in photo books and in social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and to reproduce, distribute and publicly and/or non-publicly reproduce these. “Photographs” for the purposes of this consent include not only photographs but also video recordings and other moving images.
Purposes of use: publication on the Weihrauch website, flyers/brochures, in internal presentations, photo books and in social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), print media (daily newspapers, magazines), on the Internet (websites, magazines and on the intranet as well as in digital newsletters.
My consent is valid from the date of my signature. Insofar as there are indications of my ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin color, headgear, glasses), my consent also relates to this information. This consent is voluntary. I can refuse it in advance of the recordings without giving reasons.
I have taken note of the fact that information on the Internet is accessible worldwide, can be found using search engines and can be linked to other information, from which personality profiles about me can be created under certain circumstances. I am aware that information placed on the Internet, including photos/videos, can be copied and redistributed and that there are specialized archiving services whose aim is to permanently document the state of certain web pages at certain dates. This may result in information published on the Internet continuing to be found elsewhere even after it has been deleted from the original site.

Recipients of your data
We will of course handle your data confidentially. As a matter of principle, we only transmit your data to our service providers (e.g. photographer) who support us in the implementation of the event.
In the context of possible security checks, the data required for this purpose is transmitted to the responsible LKA for the purpose of conducting a security check.
Will your data be transferred to a third country?
We will not actively transfer your data to a third country.
In the context of publishing photos or videos of the event, we may also publish them via our social media channels (e.g. Instagram). Instagram is a company from the USA. Therefore, to a certain extent, your data will inevitably be processed through the social media channels and transferred to the USA.
How long do we store your data?
The storage period of your personal data depends on the one hand on the respective necessity of the processing or on the other hand on the term of your granted consent. After revocation of your consent as well as the non-existence of a necessity, your personal data will be deleted for the named purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to information under Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR.
Right to object according to Art. 21 GDPR: You may object to the processing of your data at any time, provided that it is processed on the basis of a balance of interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). In this case, we will no longer process your data unless compelling legitimate grounds for processing override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right of withdrawal for consent
If we base data processing on your consent (cf. Art. 6 (1) a GDPR), you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing of your data up to the time of the revocation remains unaffected. You can simply address your revocation to the contact information provided above.
Right of complaint to the supervisory authority
You have a right of appeal at any time to a data protection supervisory authority of your choice.
Obligation to provide the data
Of course, you do not have to provide us with your data. The provision of your data is voluntary.
